Who is Telehealth Central For?
Telehealth is open to everyone regardless of gender. To use Telehealth Central, you must be:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Qualified for treatment based on the professional assessment of our partnering doctors.
• Be located in one of the states we service.

Telehealth Central’s network of healthcare providers is equipped to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including but not limited to common illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health concerns. Our team will work with you to determine the best course of action and provide personalized care tailored to your needs.

It works in 3 simple steps:
1. Complete intake to determine if Providers from Telehealth Central may be appropriate for your needs.
2. Complete a detailed medical intake and meet with your doctor through our platform who will recommend a personalized care plan based on your goals.
3. If medically appropriate, receive your medication depending on your provider’s decision. You’ll also be able to fulfill a prescription outside of Telehealth Central while continuing to use our service to track progress with your provider each month.

What if I have an urgent health issue?
For urgent or emergent issues, you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility. The platform is not monitored immediately for urgent health submissions.

Our costs are typically 30-65% lower than what you’d pay at retail cash rates. We’re committed to providing you with quality care that’s both effective and economical.

What does asynchronous care mean?
Telehealth Central Asynchronous care allows you to receive care without live interaction with clinicians. First, you complete an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provided intake questionnaire to fill out at your convenience. Then, the medical provider reviews your submissions and responds accordingly to enable flexible, timely treatment.

Will I need a video consultation?
In some cases, an assigned provider may request a video conference. If so, you’ll receive an email from Telehealth Central to schedule your appointment. If requested, this appointment must be kept in order to ensure Rx approval.

Who will my doctor be?
All doctors and licensed professionals on the Telehealth platform are board certified and have deep experience in their field of expertise. We strive to connect people with doctors ASAP and therefore cannot say who exactly your doctor will be until you sign up. After that, you’ll get introduced to your doctor and affiliate.

Where will my prescription be filled?
Your prescription will be filled at a pharmacy Telehealth Central works with directly or you can take your prescription to a licensed pharmacy of your choosing. Please note, if you use a pharmacy outside of the list that Telehealth Central recommends, you will have to pay the price charged by the pharmacy you choose.
